Susanna arranged a superb tour of the principal sites in Armenia for me. It was highly satisfying and enjoyable. Anyone taking a similar out-of-town tour, I much recommend asking for homestay rather than a hotel -- the nights in the homes of local guesthouses was very gratifying.

We were a group of four (ages 40 +/-) from Finland travelling with Susanna for ten days in May 2011. It was a combined cultural and hiking trip, including Nagorno-Karabach. Everything worked perfectly fine, the whole trip was a real adventure with lots of fascinating experiences. Susanna is a competent tour guide, flexible, and always in a good mood, and she speaks English fluently. We are happy to recommend her. Our advice: Hiking is a must and well worth it, you can perhaps leave out some monasteries instead. DO NOT MISS Nagorno-Karabach! And if you get this guy named Armen as the driver for the trip, do ask him to tell jokes in the evenings!

Suzy helped us from the beginning as a knowledgeable guide. She worked with us on developing a good itinerary, finding good accommodations consistent with our requests and showed flexibility in working with our interests. When we arrived in Armenia, everything was in order and all parts of the trip were in place. We had a great time traveling around from her positive attitude , strong knowledge of history , and a great variety of interesting stops. Our driver was great as well. He is a careful driver and was knowledgeable to safely take us places we might otherwise not have seen.We always traveled to places where we felt welcomed. We ate well ,slept well and had a great time in Armenia, Karabakh and Georgia!

Time spent with Suzy was the best part of my stay in Armenia in late October of 2011: she was very enthusiastic about what she had to tell and show us in Armenia and knew her stuff well. She was very informative (in fluent English) and very agreeable (it was nice to be in her company). All the itineraries she proposed to me when I was planning our trip were interesting and worth considering and in the four days (filled with program) I spent in Armenia I got just a glimpse of what Hayastan and its capital have to offer!

The historical sites of Yerevan are quite spread out and such that they require a story line to put them in perspective. Sussana does a good job of narrating the historical timeline and pointing out little tidbits that you would most likely miss with a guidebook or self guided attempt. Invest in your trip to Yerevan by investing in Susanna to guide you through a memorable experience.

We had a great nine days touring Armenia thanks to Suzy. She planned our trip carefully, ensured we took in most of the major cultural tourist sites but also accommodated our own idiosyncratic wishes such as visiting Yezidi villages. The arranging of hotels and restaurants was flawless, and we were particularly grateful to Suzy for ensuring that our special dietary needs were met and that we didn’t have to worry about being vegan in a carnivorous land. She even saw us off at the airport at 3 a.m. even though she didn’t have to. Suzy is personable, funny, knowledgeable, interesting and enthusiastic about her homeland – a great host and a great advertisement for her country.

We spent two fantastic weeks in September 2012 with Susi. She guided us in Yerevan and at our trip from north to south. We were five people from Austria with individual wishes and interests and she did a perfect job to organize the right tour for us. We saw a lot of places but it wasn't stressful at all and it was no problem to change some parts of the tour spontaneous. Susi was good informed about all the places we visited and gave us a lot of information about the history and the culture of this beautiful country. She even managed some contact with locals, so for example we had the chance to visite a school in the countryside to bring some presents. We had a lot of fun with her and Araik (our driver in this two weeks) and can recommend her as a perfect guide. Thanks a lot, maybe we see us again one day!

We have a great travel experience in Armenia because of the tour arrangements you've prepared for us. Even if its a last minute request (barely a week before the actual flight) you still manage to accommodate our request and even exceeded our expectations for this trip. We are complete strangers to your home country and traveled all the way from UAE and yet you have welcomed us warmly by letting us experience your rich culture, beautiful monasteries, wonderful nature sceneries, great food and the lovely Armenian people. It felt surreal travelling after the Covid pandenic and seeing people outside of their homes without face masks on-completely opposite of what's happening on their countries. I admire how your country was able to contain the Covid cases and freely open its borders for outside travellers like us. Hi, We enjoyed our Armenia trip. Most of our expectations are fullfilled. Because of the child car seat my kid's trip was comfortable and he enjoyed the tour. We were comfortable too. Mr Gagik was very much kind and caring. We loved him. His driving is very much safe and always arrives on or before scheduled time. We like the way you are always available on call for any doubt and language translations. Most of the local people I met in Armenia are really nice.
May be I will come again. I loved the tour anyway.

Thank you Suzan for all of your help planning our trip to Armenia! We are still talking about how it truly was a trip of a lifetime. I was worried about planning a trip, but you took the stress away and helped create a wonderful travel experience. I greatly appreciated the communication throughout the planning process, and keeping us organized with clear schedules, local contacts, and all of our documents. The hotels were all wonderful – excellent locations, beautiful rooms, and great breakfasts to start each day. Transportation was coordinated perfectly, and we were happy with all of our private transfers, you helped us in getting visa on time and arranged rent a car even it was not in our agreement. We also enjoyed the tours in Garni, Gegard, Sevan Lake, Khor Virap, and especially the day trip to the Skiing spot. The trip was an unforgettable experience! Armenia is a mesmerizing country with lots of plush greenery, towering mountains, endless plains and snow. The climate is pleasant and perfect for an escape from the madding crowd and the bustling city. Armenia welcomes one with a lot of vibrant fragrances, flowers, enchanting Monasteries and beautiful minds!
We were fortunate to get our tour arranged by Suzan's tour company. Suzan along with her team chartered a flawless trip for us. She ensured that we take maximum advantage of each moment and get to enjoy the best. We felt all the warmth and safety.

Our stay near the Sevan Lake was refreshing. The lake was calm and meditating. Me and my family had an advance booking (Dec. 27 to Jan. 2) with a great help of Ms. Suzan, all we needed to know and to do was all set by her: booking an apartment, hotel pick up and drop off, carlift going to tourist sport.
Dealing with Ms. Suzan going to Armenia was really made out trip so easy. She is available all time of the day even in the middle of the night she will answer your needs and questions. Even during the tour our driver doesnot know how to talk in English she is always on the mobile speaker to explain where we are going and a little bit of background. So if you wish to have a tour guide speaking in English and following them to take you a picture especially if you are a family just tell it to Ms. Suzan so she can arrange on that matter. She is great and I believe this tour agency will grow more if this kind of services will be continued. We had a very pleasant stay and trip in Armenia, thanks to Suzan for her proactive approach. I came to know about Armenia private tours & Suzan through a friend who visited there a month before. He gave me Suzan's contact saying they had a great time with Armenia private tours. And we didn't miss any major landmarks apart the ones missed due to unstable weather.
